Below is only a small glimpse of her beautiful poetry shared in Acupuncture for Your Soul.
Tonight as stars
Become the leaves of bare trees
And the moon becomes
A knowing smile,
I river back to times of
Skies cleared within.
At four, a Sunday school lesson
Of the Golden Rule
Setting me on course—Its pure soul logic
Ringing me true
And readying compassion
As my vehicle of time.
At eight, learning
The Optimist’s Creed
On my grandmother’s knee-
Reciting and discussing each line
Till there were rays around me
Like a sun.
