Introduction To Mindfulness – 6 week course

Classes start on Wednesday, January 11th and run consecutively for 6 weeks.  6 – One hour courses at $75.00/person for the entire course. Classes run from 11 AM to 12 noon.
Each participant will receive a notebook and journal, and handouts are provided for every class.  In addition, audio recordings of meditations are provided every week for home practice.
